This ensures we have your correct details and allows us to formally register you as the new owner. Every pool we install carries a unique serial number, which allows us to track its history and specifications. Please provide as much information as possible so we can accurately update our records and ensure you receive the best support for your specific pool.My pool was built by a third-prty Before you register, please be aware of our operational policies:

The Named Owner: The pool can only be registered to one person. This individual is the legal warranty holder and the primary point of contact.

Appointing a Delegate: If you wish for a partner, spouse, or house manager to manage the pool, you must list them as an "Approved Contact." * Note: While Approved Contacts can request work and order supplies, the Registered Owner remains legally responsible for all invoices and outstanding payments.

Data Privacy: Due to GDPR/Data Protection, we cannot provide new owners with the service history or purchase records of previous owners.

The Handover Requirement: For all new registrations, we strongly recommend a Handover Training Session. If we built the pool for you, the person named on the contract must be present at the final handover.
