If you have just moved into a property with a Waterstream pool installed, we highly recommend that you complete this online form. This ensures we have your correct details and allows us to formally register you as the new owner. Every pool we install carries a unique serial number, which allows us to track its history and specifications. Please provide as much information as possible so we can accurately update our records and ensure you receive the best support for your specific pool.
Pool Training / New Owner Handover / Chemicals Training
We provide a 2-3 hour training session on pool operation and chemical management which you are welcome to record, provided the pool is in good condition; otherwise, a prior engineer assessment is required
Engineer Report on Pool
For pools out of use or in unknown condition, we can arrange a comprehensive engineer's assessment and provide a detailed report outlining the steps required to restore full functionality.
Pool Open Up
Cost to restore water to a swim-ready condition, provided all pool equipment is fully operational.
