Our Services
Quarterly Valet and Minor Service
You don’t need us interrupting your pool time too often, so a quarterly valet and minor service are all you need to make sure everything is working properly.
Our three-monthly visits will check you’ve got everything under control while also performing a quick service on pool equipment.
Annual Service
Extend the life of your pool with our annual service. This is our most comprehensive service that checks the safety of all your pool equipment.
Our extended shell warranty requires an annual service to remain valid. This service includes a shell inspection, rollo cover calibration, probe calibration, pump service, and heat pump service. The only thing we don’t do is top up your chemicals!
Warranty
Most items on your pool come with a 2-year warranty. However, the pool shell is covered by a longer Watertight Warranty. If you encounter any issues with your pool, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you in determining whether your concern is covered under warranty..
