How Long is the Warranty?

The length of the warranty on your swimming pool can vary depending on the specific components. However, as a general rule, most parts of your pool are covered by a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. This means that if any issues arise within the first two years of installation, we will repair or replace the faulty parts at no cost to you, including the cost of labor.

Some components may have extended warranties beyond the standard 2 years, especially for key elements like the pool shell or certain equipment. These extended warranties provide additional peace of mind, ensuring that your investment is protected for many years to come.

Whats not Covered Under Warranty?

There are certain items on your pool systems that are wearable items that are not covered by Warranty, This is just like Breaks and Tyres on your card

O-Rings and Seals - These perrish over time due to Chemcials
Media in fIlter - Life of this can be reduced if poor chemical balance, Dirty pool and less frequant backwash
Uv Bulb - Bulbs have a set number of firing hours and degrade naturally with use.  
Pool light Bulbs -  We ensure the bulb works at the time of installation/purchase. No long-term warranty is expressed or implied
Dosing Probes - These wear outdepending on how well your pool is mainated with max life of 2 years
Dosing Tubes - There are wearable due to the Chemiclas passing through
