Compass Ceramic Pools - Swimming Pool Summer Open Up (up to 3 Visits)

Our team will visit your pool to perform the opening and set the heating to 30°C. Please note that it typically takes two separate visits to get the pool fully clean, heated, and running smoothly.

Once everything is up to standard, our engineer will leave a note confirming your pool is ready for swimming! From that point forward, routine cleaning and chemical maintenance will be your responsibility.

This service covers:

• Winter Cover Removal: Carefully removing, cleaning, folding, and storing your winter pool cover.
• System Start-Up: Priming the pump, starting the filtration system, and testing the heater to ensure water is circulating properly.
• Visual Inspection: Inspecting the pump, filter, and plumbing for any obvious visible leaks or winter damage.
• Initial Chemical Shock: Testing the water and adding the initial shock and balancing chemicals (Customer to Supply Own Chemcials).
• Light Cleaning: A basic skimming of the surface and brushing of the pool walls and Vac

This service does not cover:

Heavy Vacuuming: If the pool requires extensive vacuuming of heavy debris or leaves, this will require a separate service call or be billed at our hourly rate. ( This can happen if Pool not Wintereised by ourself) 
Algae Treatment / "Green Pool" Cleanup: If the pool is significantly green or swampy, clearing the water requires multiple visits and extra chemicals, which are quoted separately. ( This can happen if Pool not Wintereised by ourself) 
Equipment Repairs: If we discover that your pump, heater, filter, or plumbing broke over the winter, the cost of replacement parts and the labor to fix them is not included.
Water Top-Offs: We do not wait for the pool to fill. Please ensure your water level is raised to the The correct level before we arrive.
Patio/Deck Power Washing: Cleaning the surrounding pool deck or patio area is not included.
Cover Pit: We will not be cleaning the cover pit; this is an optional extra.
Slatted Cover Cleaning: We will not be cleaning the slatted cover; this is an optional extra.
