Waterstream Pool Valet Work - Hands On ( Every 4 Weeks) - VALETING CONTRACT

Included Per Valet (Per Visit):
- Water Chemistry: Digital water test upon arrival and standard water balancing. (Note: Additional visits are chargeable if water chemistry is severely out of balance).
- System Checks: Visual inspection of the pool, plant room, and heat pump.
- Equipment Checks: Visual check of salt cell/automation systems (if applicable) and pool cover/tracks.
- Inventory & Levels: Check of water level and on-site chemical stock.
- Routine Cleaning: Emptying of pump baskets and skimmer baskets.
- Filter Maintenance: Backwash of media filter or basic rinse of cartridge filter.
- Physical Cleaning: Vacuuming, brushing, and netting of the pool (Includes up to 30 minutes of standard cleaning labor).
Important Terms & Exclusions:
- Chemicals & Parts: No parts or chemicals are included in the base valet price; these will be billed as required.
- Repairs & Maintenance: All repairs, advanced maintenance, and annual service work are excluded and will be quoted separately.
- Severe Conditions: Standard valet service does not cover heavy post-storm debris removal or green pool (severe algae) treatments. These require a separate cleanup quote.
- Site Access: Please ensure all access gates are unlocked and pets are kept securely indoors on your scheduled service day.
This is applicable only to pools that are open, heated, and actively being used, which need maintenance.
Contract & Scheduling This seasonal contract runs until 20th December . Visits are set and cannot be postponed. While we cannot offer specific time slots and day of attendance may change due to routing, we will ensure your pool is valeted regularly. We will contact you with the new term in January .
Billing & Parts Payments will be processed monthly via direct debit around the time of your visit. To ensure your pool has a successful service on the day of the visit and to minimise return events. For parts needed that exceed this value a quotation will be sent for approval before use.
Cancellation You are free to cancel this subscription at any time during the period. To avoid being charged for a scheduled visit that's not required, please provide at least 7 days notice. Please note that if you cancel and decide to sign up again at a later date in the season, the billable rates may change.
Please note that once we have completed the cleaning and balancing of the pool, you will be responsible for these ongoing duties. Chemical levels can fluctuate quickly, and outdoor pools naturally accumulate dirt over time. Please note that waiting until our next scheduled visit will not be enough to keep the pool clean and safe. Regular maintenance is required in the meantime.
