Contract & Scheduling This seasonal contract runs until 20th December 2026. Visits are set and cannot be postponed. While we cannot offer specific time slots and day of attendance may change due to routing, we will ensure your pool is serviced regularly. We will contact you with the new term in January 2027.
Billing & Parts Payments will be processed monthly via direct debit around the time of your visit. To ensure your pool has a successful service on the day of the visit and to minimise return events, you agree to a pre-approval spend limit of £50 per visit for essential chemicals or small consumable parts. For parts needed that exceed this value a quotation will be sent for approval before use.
Cancellation You are free to cancel this subscription at any time during the 2026 period. To avoid being charged for a scheduled visit that's not required, please provide at least 7 days notice. Please note that if you cancel and decide to sign up again at a later date in the season, the billable rates may change.
